If you need a template for a response to their latest fund drive challenge, you might try the one a friend cc’d to me:

Sorry, but my challenge is zero so long as events such as this are given a forum at my alma mater and you keep having professors on staff such as Rev. Ann Holmes Redding who gave extraordinarily confusing messages to students from Catholic (or even Muslim in this particular case) backgrounds who are not well-grounded in their respective faiths. I have a great fondness for and tremendous appreciation of the professors and staff in the Physics Department who enabled me to ultimately achieve my Physics B.S. degree. I cannot however in good conscience send one dime to a school that appears to me to have all but abandoned any any affiliation to the Catholic Faith that I so deeply cherish and that Faith which formed the basis for Seattle University’s existence from its founding and for many decades thereafter.

I look forward to the day they close, padlock, and fumigate the place. I would sooner send my kid to Bob Jones University. At least there he would *know* they despise his faith and want to destroy it.
