Of course, materialists are required by their creed to automatically reject all such stories as bunk. Catholics are content to wait until they’ve seen evidence. If the evidence looks sound, then I’d have no particular problem believing there is something supernatural going on. Likewise, if the evidence look dubious, I’m content to be dubious.
