Today is one of the days some Buddhists mark to recall the death of Gautama Siddhartha, the Buddha of history.
This is a good time to stop, maybe sit down, certainly shut up, and pay attention.

life and death are of supreme importance.
Time swiftly passes by and opportunity is lost
each of us should strive to awaken… awaken.
Do not squander your life.
