old cartoon revisited: the appearance of Jesus

This cartoon appeared for the first time last Christmas. All of our company’s left, and so today our lives get back to semi-normal. Lisa started her semester for her studies in nursing. I must say, in passing, that I was disappointed in the response to my first post of the New Year… an expression of thanks. It turned into some pretty nasty interactions. It only confirms that enmity and division is our most immediate and instinctive response to something we disagree with. If we can learn to hold our convictions lightly in the interest of genuine dialog, forums such as this one would be a better place to experience the compassionate exchange of ideas.
