steve jobs resigns OMG!

Sometimes it doesn’t take much for someone to move from believer to unbeliever, from fundamentalist to agnostic, from theist to atheist.

I know a person who stopped believing in God because her dog died. I know another person who stopped believing because his friend got sick. I know another person who stopped believing because of the 2004 tsunami. I know another person who stopped believing because she read a book about the human brain. Many other stories.

Sometimes it’s a fine line, one slender thread, that keeps people believing. For many of us there’s the deal-breaker.

For this guy all it took was for his hero to resign from his favorite company. Steve Jobs resigns as CEO of Apple yesterday. I love Apple. I’m a fan. I’ve been a Mac user for over 10 years. Steve Jobs has been a friend, so to speak. I salute him.
