Poet and activist Tariq Touré was sharp in his suit and red plaid tie with slamming shades. NbA Muslims are often discouraged by their immigrant and immigrant-descent coreligionists to shun American attire in favor of more “Islamically” identifiable Arab or Desi clothing. Touré is not even trying to hear that noise!
