For many Muslim women, wearing a hijab or headscarf becomes an integral part of their identity and part of their desire for modest dressing. For a teacher to strip a girl of her hijab just to expose her “pretty hair” is not only shocking, but it amounts to undressing a person. Can you imagine that? If a teacher were to undress you? It’s unacceptable and plain wrong.
