3. Contempt for the rich history of faith. If I’ve seen this once I’ve seen it a million times: modern churches looking down their noses at traditional churches. Being on both sides, I know it goes both ways. Traditional churches judge modern churches because they’re convinced that modern churches have sold out to the world, and modern churches judging traditional churches because they are stuck in a time warp and refuse to enter the 21st century. That contempt only harms the Body of Christ. Modern churches should not be party to it.
