It is easy for Evangelical Left leaders like Lynne Hybels, co-founder of Chicago’s Willow Creek Church, to react to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict as armchair quarterbacks. From a comfy, safe distance they tout a “Pro-Israel. Pro-Palestine. Pro-Peace.” offense.
