Saute until tender:3 Tbsp oil1 lg onion (diced)2 med green peppers (diced) Add:3 c. tomato sauce1 1/2 Tbsp chile powder (or more)1/8 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp soy sauce1 Tbsp (salad) mustard1 Tbsp honeySimmer together over low heat about 20 minutes. Brown in another skillet:3 Tbsp oil1 1/2 lbs firm tofu (crumbled)5 Tbsp tamari When tofu is well browned and has absorbed flavoring, add tomato sauce.Serve on buns (or rice).
