Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Justin Irving now lives in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and five children.

Irving is on a journey of learning what it means to live, love, and lead with purpose and brings a diverse multidisciplinary background to his reflections on these themes (Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, M.Div., MBA in process). Irving has served at Bethel Seminary for over 15 years in a variety of faculty and administrative roles, and currently serves as Professor of Ministry Leadership, Director of the Doctor of Ministry program, and Director for Bethel’s Work with Purpose initiative.
