My shoulders sound like Rice Crispies when I put my arms above my head. There is no pain, but the crackling and popping is disconcerting. Most days I feel younger than I really am. The noise in my shoulder is making me feel old.
I came home from the gym today completely exhausted. That’s not normal. Working out usually peps me up. Today I want to go back to bed.
Sorry today isn’t more fun. I’m old, creaky, and tired today. I keep reminding myself that low days are normal and that they help us to remember the high ones.
