A trailer has been released for the upcoming inspirational sports drama The Miracle Season starring Helen Hunt, William Hurt, Erin Moriarty and Danika Yarosh. Releasing April 13 from LD Entertainment (Risen) and directed by Sean McNamara (Soul Surfer), the film centers around a high school girls’ volleyball team recovering from the loss of a teammate and going after the state championship. Hunt, a welcome and familiar face to moviegoers, plays the West High girls’ volleyball coach who guides the team through its grief and into a winning season. She and Hurt, recently seen in Captain America: Civil War, bring Oscar clout, as both are Academy Award winners for acting.
