LeAnn and I took a weekend trip to see the last night of the United Tour featuring Steven Curtis Chapman and Michael W. Smith this weekend. The closest it came to us was St. Augustine, which was great because it happens to be a place we love to visit. The concert was great – a Christian music lover’s dream, with song after song we knew and loved. LeAnn’s personal favorite was “Cinderella” and hearing from Steven about the inspiration for the song and how he and his family have dealt the tragedy of losing Maria Sue. I just loved hearing so many songs that I knew by heart since I was a teen.
This was a cool moment when Steven’s mike stand didn’t work so MWS stepped in to save the day.
We didn’t eat here but I saw it after our cruise and thought it would be a great shot.

I got a great deal on a hotel room. It was a little drafty but you couldn’t beat the price!
