Also of interest is the notification of Holger Zellentin’s new book, Rabbinic Parodies of Jewish & Christian Literature, which I am going to have to get hold of and read, since I expect it will prove relevant to the work I’m currently doing on the Mandaean reception of Jewish and Christian materials, which is likewise full of parody and satire.
