A Dangerous Person

I’m delighted to have had the opportunity to visit New York City, if only for a day, and teach a guest class at General Theological Seminary. Before the class, I had a chance to meet Deirdre Good (whose blog has one of the most interesting titles in the blogosphere) and chat over espresso about Mandaeans Miriai, monotheism and other topics of mutual interest.

The topic for the class was Acts 9, and the title on the syllabus was “A Dangerous Person.” So I somewhat playfully asked whether this was a reference to his activity as persecutor of the church before becoming a Christian, or his influence on the church after becoming a Christian.

And thanks to the wonder of modern technology, I was still able to find out what the title of the final episode of LOST will be. Don’t look – it gives too much away…
