Egypt’s Muslims Attend Coptic Services January 8, 2011

At least twice in this last twelve months Muslims have shown both desire and understand the need for social solidarity in the face of sectarian strife. Malaysian Muslims gathered to protect Christian churches from vandalism at a time of heightened tension during 2010. The issue was the non-Muslim use of the word Allah, and recently even the head of the Islamic political party has there has defied radicals and said clearly that Muslims have no exclusive right to the Arabic word for God.
