Be Determined to Hear One Voice

There are many voices that demand our attention. Voices that say, “Let me see how good you really are”, or “Nobody really cares about you.” There is even the voice that says, “Be sure and be successful, popular, and powerful.” These voices and others can be constant, and yet underneath all the noise these voices produce, there is a still small voice that says, “You are my beloved, My favor rests upon you.” That is the voice we need to hear. To hear God’s voice, we need to be determined to listen, be quiet, and know that He has something to say.
