Love within us brilliantly leads us to completion of ourselves. Authentic life allows for love to flow in our connectivity with one another. When we shut down on others we actually are shutting down on life. Our own healing comes as we become a healer to others, and we heal others by extending our perceptions past their weaknesses. Until we have seen someone’s soft spots, we don’t really know who that person is. It is very easy to embrace other people’s strengths, but will you be there for them through their faults? Until we have chosen to forgive the shortcomings of others, we don’t really know what love is. Love is accepting others for who they are and where they are on their journey. Forgiving others is the only way to forgive ourselves, and forgiveness is our greatest need on our pathway to wholeness.
