Help with New Denominations

This is a request for your help identifying relatively new Christian denominations in the U.S. It’s for a project I’m beginning to undertake. I will explain more about that project later. (I’ve had a special interest in denominations for many years and have served as a consultant to the last two editions of the Handbook of Denominations published every few years by Abingdon Press.)

Here are the guidelines. Please only report to me here denominations 1) founded in the last ten years, 2) have at least fifty plus distinct congregations, 3) headquartered in the U.S., 4) consider themselves Christian (whether you consider them orthodox or not).

New denominations are popping up all the time. Most of them are break aways from older, larger denominations. Some prefer to call themselves “networks,” but are still denominations sociologically.

Give as much information as possible–especially 1) a web site run by the denomination  (please make it NOT a hyperlink), and 2) headquarters information.
