You are beautiful.  Gorgeous, actually.  I’m not saying that just because I’m your mother.  Ignore any messages that suggest otherwise.

Don’t listen to the voices who tell you you can’t do it.  You can.

You are surrounded by amazing women.  Be like them.

Follow your heart; it will always lead you home.  Sounds hokey but it’s largely true.
