Really, what is there to say? Preening gasbags who look like humorless, befuddled, lethargic, dull-eyed leftovers from another eon trying their best to take down a witty, mentally sharp, energetic and bright-eyed gent who seems supremely suited for the post for which he is nominated.

Honestly, if the committee is smart they will stop playing to the base, learn to appreciate the playful simplicity and beauty of a baseball metaphor, end this thing early and cut their losses.
