Whistleblowers? Nah. Leakers.

If these folks are “whistleblowers” and not “leakers, then why didn’t they do their “whistleblowing” in accordance with the protocols and protections of the Whistleblower Protection Act?

Seems like a sensible thing to do if you are “motivated by patriotism and purity of purpose”.

But maybe I’m being picky. Nah. A leak is a leak.

Betsy wonders why The Barrett Report is less important “whistleblowing.” Good question. And I’ve never read Dr Sanity just so fed up with this hypocritical nonsense.

As the Ranking Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, I have been briefed since 2003 on a highly classified NSA foreign collection program that targeted Al Qaeda. I believe the program is essential to US national security and that its disclosure has damaged critical intelligence capabilities.

Except, it seems her co-party members didn’t like that, so now she’s waffling.
