Toys For Teaching Evolution

When I used to be in charge of teaching bible stories to little kids, I had quite the collection of puzzles, games and felt boards.  I’m not opposed to teaching these stories as legends.  Little children learn all kinds of tales.

What about parents who also want to teach their little ones about how life really came into being?  Now there are toys for them, too.

Check out this great website, Charlie’s Playhouse (for Darwin, of course). It features evolution toys for little kids.  Some of them also look like they’d be fun for much bigger kids in case anyone’s looking to buy me a gift.

They’ve won all sorts of awards for educational toys.  They have playmats, posters, activity cards and more.  And some pretty cool t-shirts, too.

By the way…I’m not connected to them at all.  I just think it’s a great idea!
