The Bishops are coordinating a novena to pray for the end of abortion [details here]. You can either chose to receive daily text messages starting January 19th or daily email reminders. For those of us who have trouble remembering to pray novenas daily this is an excellent way to be reminded. I always check my text messages. And I like the idea that at the very same moment I am receiving my text alert so are other Catholics who’ve signed up for the novena, so you aren’t praying alone. I can’t make it to the March For Life this year and I’ve been a bit bummed about that but this way I can be there in spirit, united with the Bishops and other Catholics.
