… Rachel’s Vineyard is a fantastic organization that offers post abortive counseling for women and men dealing with the aftereffects of abortion.
They have an upcoming retreat here in Charlotte this month, November 21st-23rd. If you’re interested in going please contact Maggi Fitzpatrick Nadol (704-370-3229, MNadol@CharlotteDiocese.org) or Deacon Tom Rasmussen (828-495-7234, email@example.com).

If paying for the retreat is an issue, contact Maggie. She’s an amazingly supportive woman who will do everything in her power to help you. Don’t let money be an issue preventing you from recovery.
Several years ago I attended one of their retreats. It was a deeply personal and emotional experience but one that brought a resolution to decades of hurt. It’s one thing to be absolved of your sins and know you’re forgiven, it’s another thing entirely to forgive ourselves.
If you think you might be ready to forgive yourself then contact your local director and make arrangements to attend their next retreat.
Even if you feel like you don’t deserve forgiveness, you need this retreat. You need this retreat more than anyone. Trust me, I know.
It’s time to let go of the hurt and get healing.
