MRS. GOD GIRL: CANCER SURVIVOR

The one of the left is the victorious, miraculous cancer survivor in this picture taken today, just a little over a week after her successful double mastectomy surgery for three kinds of breast cancer — a trifecta!

She’s healthy, she’s pain free, she’s cancer free, and she’s happier than a cat in a mouse factory. And her daughter — the one on the right — is so grateful she can’t see straight. Grateful to God, of course, and to the thousands of folks — friends, family and complete strangers — who have been praying and continue to pray for her, and mostly to the gentleman pictured with her here: Dr. Ahmad Fotovat . . .

Mom’s surgeon at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Connecticut. The man who saved her life.

Thank you doesn’t begin to cover it, Doc.

(And yes, those are both faux furs. Because real fur is mean.)
