A HAPPY ANNOUNCEMENT: FURTHER ADVENTURES OF GOD GIRL

It is our great pleasure here at God Girl HQ to announce that Cathleen has agreed to sally forth and write two more books, this time with the very fine folks at Zondervan.

Sin Boldly: A Field Guide for Grace is set to be released by Zondervan about this time next year, followed in the spring of 2009 by The Acrobat: Adventures in My Own Hypocrisy.

Both books are non-fiction and will be written in Cathleen’s own irreverent, searching, soulful voice.

She’s thrilled to be working with THE Z — the house that brought you likes of Philip Yancey, Rick Warren and, most recently, the remarkable Rob Bell and his Velvet Elvis (and, next month, Sex God!)

More than anything, God Girl says she feels blessed and humbled by God’s audacious grace and for the lovingkindness of strangers and friends who continue to read her braindroppings and say nice things about them.

We’ll keep you posted on God Girl’s new adventures, so watch this space.
