Oh Happy Day: Boober Lives!

Variety is reporting that a live-action musical version of our beloved “Fraggle Rock” will be coming to the big screen in the near future, thanks to (go figure) the Weinsteins.

The film is being produced by the Jim Henson Co. (under the leadership of the Muppet master’s children, Lisa and Brian Henson) and executive produced by Ahmet Zappa (Frank’s son.)

Should be a hoot.
Can’t wait.
