The First Lady’s full-length gown was of ivory silk chiffon embellished with organza and Swarovski crystal rhinestones and silver thread embroidery, CNN reports. URGENT: Sen. Teddy Kennedy had a seizure and collapsed during the inaugural luncheon at the Capitol building about 20 minutes ago. Please pray for him and his family and his doctors.
