5) Teach
The last step of the ladder is Teach. Lead. Influence. Quick on the heels of number four, this step is taking an active role in helping others along the same process you have encountered. There is no greater way to learn than to teach.
In the same way that babies grow into adults in order to raise new babies, disciples learn how to feed themselves so that they might teach others how to feed.
What does teaching look like? It isn’t always preaching or leading a small group. People teach truth through writing, music, art, science, nature, hospitality and a billion other things. Teaching is about finding your gift and using who you are to influence a starving world, showing them not just where the food is but how to feed themselves.
