Learn To Speak Tamil Thru English: This is a program available from an Indian website. I got a Kanada version when I was in Chennai but they were sold out of the Tamil ones so I’m going to be ordering this one. They do ship to the U.S. There are several Learn Tamil books on Amazon There is no Rosetta Stone course for Tamil, but you can request one here!
