Develop Female Scholarship

This may seem like a repetition of the first point, but I feel this should be emphasized. Imams should focus on the development of female scholarship in his community. This means identifying women in the community who can become serious students of knowledge of the imam and become future scholars with ijazah from the imam. It also means connecting women with other female scholars by bring such scholars to the masjid for halaqas or lecture series, or facilitating online classes and relationship. This would be a great asset to the community and help develop female scholars who the community could then consult. These students of scholar could lead community lectures, programs and classes.
