Church of the Masses
Just finalizing plans for tomorrow night for the second meeting of Lens. Someone wanted to know what my comments will be on. I will be speaking for a little bit on the topic, “Friendship and Creativity.” I will mainly be using a 12th Century Catholic classic by St. Aelred of Rivaulx called “On Spiritual Friendship.” I will relate it to the life of a Hollywood professional.
5 PM MASS at St. Dominic’s (their Saturday vigil Mass)
6 PM DINNER that will follow Mass in the room behind the church (see below for directions)
7 PM REFLECTION on “Friendship and Creativity” given by Barbara Nicolosi

Directions and Parking:
St Dominic’s Catholic Church
2002 Merton Ave, Los Angeles, California 90041-1912
The church is one block south of Colorado Boulevard and two blocks east of Eagle Rock Boulevard. That makes it the corner of Merton and Maywood. There is a large parking lot at the side of the church with entrance from Merton Avenue, and another smaller lot behind the church with entrance from Maywood Avenue. The room that we will be using is directly behind the church.
