Putting the Me in Media

I’m scheduled for an interview at 4 PM later today — I don’t know how long it will last — starting at 4 PM, with Drive Time Live: The Mills Crenshaw Show, on KTKK K-Talk 630 AM radio.  This program is available in the Salt Lake City area, but also apparently by Internet.  (I don’t know any details on that.)

I hope I make it on time.  I have meetings today at 12 noon, 2:30 PM, and 7:00 PM, so it’s not going to be a very relaxing day and things could get tight.  Furthermore, I still don’t have my talk for FAIR ready.  Arghhh!  And the conference starts on Thursday . . .

Incidentally, the interview that I did with Martin Tanner for his KSL Radio program Religion Today was evidently broadcast on Sunday, 29 July 2012, and is now available online.

I also did an interview yesterday with a reporter named Sarah Posner from something called Religion Dispatches about Mormonism and the Middle East — obviously inspired by Governor Romney’s visit to (and remarks in) Israel.  I don’t know where or when Ms. Posner’s piece will appear.  She was a very friendly and intelligent interviewer.

I heard some of the interview. Thanks. I look forward to your upcoming book.

Actually, maybe I’m confusing your interview with the one I heard yesterday at 4 pm with John Sorensen. This blog post was posted July 31, not July 30 like I’d assumed.

I think you probably are. I don’t believe that I mentioned a forthcoming book, but John Sorenson has one in the works.

You could use a good agent.
    See you at FAIR.

Your Religion Dispatches interview is online now at http://www.religiondispatches.org

Is KTKK the SLC radio station of the Ku Klux Klan?

  • danpeterson

Sheesh, Bill. As Imperial Kludd of our Klavern, you should KNOW this. You’d better get with the program before the next Klonvocation and study your Kloran a little more, or I’m going to have to tell the Kligrapp. And then, when HE gets wind of it? . . . Well, let’s just say that there’ll be more than just a Klecktoken to pay.
