I love this Taize setting, simply beautiful.
http://www.pray-as-you-go.org/ uses Taize frequently for their meditation music.
We sang this beloved version of the Golden Sequence this morning at my parish. It has the rhythm of breathing, which is so perfect for the in-spiration of the Breath of God. And speaking of the Breath of God, other good news on this Pentecost: the Holy Father will be proclaiming St Hildegard of Bingen (she who called herself “a feather on the breath of God”) and St John Avila the newest Doctors of the Church at the opening liturgy for the Year of Faith in October.
Absoultuely beautiful…I’m speechless. I am in awe. How holy, how reverent.
