Regeneration and Repentance

On today’s program, I was joined once again by Rev. Lewis Polzin as we continued our discussion of Henry Eyster Jacobs’ book A Summary of the Christian Faith. In going through the ordo salutis, we approached the topic of regeneration. This is, in my opinion, one of our best programs, as we addressed a number of extremely important topics including: the nature of regeneration, infant faith, baptism, repentance, the fruits of repentance, and the importance of pastoral care in the application of law and gospel to the individual.
