Violent Antifa Protesters Try to Shut Down Pro-Trump ‘Patriot Prayer’ Rally

PJ Media has a horrible story out of Seattle, but it’s one you need to hear.  The media will tell you that it is totally against violence — and demand that everyone else condemn it too.  But have you heard one syllable about what happened in Seattle today?

Probably not.

That’s because of three factors that made today’s incident “unremarkable” at least according to the media:

1.  The protestors were liberal antifa members
2.  They were harassing pro-Trump citizens
3.   The pro-Trump citizens were praying

That pretty much guarantees this will never be reported on the news. However, here are some details:

Counter-protesters — including antifa, Industrial Workers of the World (IWW), Veterans for Peace, Indivisible Seattle, Black Lives Matter, and the Freedom Socialist Party — marched “in solidarity against hate,”  specifically against what they called “the bigotry, racism and violence” of the “far-right” organizers. Solidarity Against Hate counter-protesters waved communist flags, yelled “f*ck America,” squirted police with silly-string, and burned the American flag.

One of the patriotic prayer organizers, Joey Gibson, reminded attendees via Facebook not to engage with these antifa protestors. “We’re not going up to Seattle to battle. It’s not a battle royale. We’re not up there to have street fights … It doesn’t look good.”

Seattle councilman Mike O’Briento complained that Seattle police had blocked “peaceful” counter-protesters.  But how “peaceful” were these guys?  Kudos to the police for being on top of a potentially volatile situation.

Here’s video of the “peaceful protestors.” It’s great that regular citizens were recording all of this, because we otherwise wouldn’t ever be able to know the true story.
