Reader Ken Crawford writes to let me know

that Richard Dawkins has inspired him to resume blogging. His post “As We Forgive Those Who Trespass Against Us” can be found here.

Sez he:

The blog was active from 2004 to 2007 (you linked to it a few times, once on request and one or two others when as a squirrel I managed to find a nut worth being linked to) but between other things in my life it fell into inactivity. It had a short re-birth during lent of 2008 only to fall on hard times again.

In any case, after a LONG online discussion with some sports fans about the Catholic faith recently and repeatedly being beat with the “all hail The God Delusion by Richard Dawkins” argument, I decided it was time to actually read the book. I am going to blog about reading it and rebut it chapter by chapter (or paragraph by paragraph if that becomes necessary). Hopefully that can be of some service to those who have better things to do with their time than read it but would like to have a better understanding of what’s in the book when it’s used as a battering ram against Christians.
