I wonder if all the people who labored to defend torture for years by pointing over and over to Cardinal Dulles’ arguments about the slavery not being intrinsically immoral (despite the teaching of Veritatis Splendor) will be leaping to the defense of these noble tradesman, or grabbing their heads in confusion and wondering what O what *is* slavery anyway because golly! it’s just soooooooo confusing!
