Manufacturing Consent

As you know, I think it is insane to support Gingrich, so I certainly don’t disagree with Drudge’s obvious bias against him. But it is nonethless fascinating to watch Drudge pull out the stops to manufacture consent among his readers. The headlines this morning are like a barrage:

He’s not like a real journalist or anything, Just an aggregator and he can promote whatever agenda he likes. But it is fascinating to me how transparently he does promote it and how obviously panicked he is about the possibility of the GOP foolishly nominating Gingrich.
