So I do think it’s funny that a website devoted to dieting and fitness is run by somebody named “Chew”.

I suspect, however, that I am not the first super-duper genius to note that juvenile pun, so I will just shut up now and point you to the site.

By the way, still holding at 260 lbs, but I hope to continue the downward movement as the weather gets less crappy and more springy. Still, losing 75 lbs is better than chopped liver.
