    I stood up! Rally in Lexington, KY. (Had to leave early, though, to get back to work).

    We had about 120 people in Corpus Christi, TX. The MC was a Baptist pastor, but most of the crowd was Catholic and included priests and nuns, families with a range of kids, and one of our retired bishops, Bishop Gracida. I saw one TV station truck there and there was a reporter/photographer from the Caller Times, our local paper. The rally lasted about an hour and a half.

    Hmmm. I thought that with all the pro-life commentators on this blog we’d have reports from all over the country by this time on the Stand Up for Religious Freedom rallies. Did only two of us tear ourselves away from our keyboards long enough to attend? Is this further evidence for the increasing popularity of virtual reality over, you know, reality?
