    This is great news. It’s nice to see one of these suits avoid being dismissed as not yet “ripe” (i.e., prematurely filed because the mandate hasn’t been enforced yet, so the court has no “case or controversy” to rule on or harm to remedy).

    I thought this was a particularly galling fact about the HHS contraceptive mandate:
    “Under the HHS mandate, companies that refuse to comply face fines of $100 per day, per employee. For a company like Hercules Industries, which employs 300 people, those fines could be millions of dollars each year.”

    How does the size of this penalty even remotely compare with the cost of employees buying their own contraception? Outrageous.
