One of the better analogies I’ve heard for it. Must remember that one.

Definitely. And I’m tickled pink that this has been “used for a thousand years to explain how Mary was saved by Christ”, confirming that when it comes to objections to the Faith there’s nihil sub sole novum.

    Hello Mark,

one day could you treat the following : “Matt5/17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. ”
It is used by muslim apologetics to try to compromise christian belief : they say that we jsut have abandonned the law, and not accomplish. I have any ideas to answer but the mosaic Law is huge and I haven’t enough knowledge to cover it.
    Any ideas?
