It always comes down to the same thing: some powerful rich guy tells some guy with a gun to his head that he has to kill that other guy over there. Sometimes the other guy turns out to be a little kid.
Sometimes, the rich powerful guy deliberately orders that the kid and everybody else in the area be killed on the theory that somebody might be a bad guy. We do not have massive outpourings of grief for the senseless murders of those kids, do we, Mr. Obama?
