Your Chance to Do a Work of Mercy

Caesar is gouging the Domincan nuns of Summit, NJ for an extra thousand bucks a month so he can build more bombs, bail out more incredibly rich executives of gigantic corporations that piss away millions, and keep Gitmo open. The lovely Dominican Nuns of Summit are, meanwhile, looking at a bust to their operating budget, unless they can sell a lot of soap and lotions to cover it.

Lizzie Scalia has the scoop. Think of these hand lotion funded nuns and the bloated vampiric Feds the next time some dope prattles about the “Riches of the Catholic Church” while turning a blind eye to $700 toilet seats and gazillion dollar cruise missiles for blowing up funerals and weddings.

I will testify to them. I had the privilege of attending Mass there this past April. The sisters were behind the grill on the other side of the alter and visitors were in the sanctuary., It had the feel of attending the mass ‘facing East”. because the Priest faced the Sisters. At communion, I could just see their faces – lots of young vocations. They have a nice gift shop so I stocked up for my future gifting needs – A Rosary, gift cards, Lavender soap and lip balm all made by the Sisters.

A nice hotel, the Grand Summit, is across the street if you are traveling through New Jersey and need to spend the night.

“and gazillion dollar cruise missiles for blowing up funerals and weddings” A long time ago, when I was very stupid as opposed to just stupid, I thought the bumpersticker slogan “It will be a great day when the Air Force has to hold a bake sale to buy a bomber and schools get all the money they need” to be quite lame. Now, not so much. Spending mountains of money on munitions when we have so many problems at home, and getting the money from the nuns et al., I can certainly sympathize with that sentiment.
