    See I agree with that, but I think I might have been deemed as “too pro-execution” here. Because I do think “almost always” is different than “always.” I support a very limited use of execution, but I think the ability of the government or psychology to rehabilitate or neutralize individuals with violent personality disorders is not yet absolute.
