Who Wants to Spend 4 Hours Watching Reggie McNeal Talk About the Missional Church? December 4, 2012

Well, we’re in luck, because the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church recently hosted Reggie McNeal for a seminar on his book Missional Renaissance: Changing the Scorecard of the Church. The almost four-hour presentation was recorded on video and is available to view on the NCCUMC website (or right here, see below), but only through the end of January 2013.

McNeal told participants in two workshops in early November that the church should shift focus from internal to external ministry, move from a program culture to a missional culture, and leadership needs to shift from institutional managers to leading a movement. McNeal said, “It’s about being the church in every crack and crevice.”
