Men can be misogynist without even knowing it. I claim to be a feminist and yet presume I possess traces of misogyny simply because I am a male, raised as a male, educated as a male, ordained as a male, and served as a part of a male-dominated leadership of an institution historically dominated by male power, mindset and ideology.

The first step for any man, if he wants to end this, is simply to admit it. The rest is easy in comparison. It’s still hard work, but easy.

By keeping the thought of “hard work” about any issue, I keep working hardly on it forever. But I assume you mean that the willingness of ending any mindset makes it easier to joyfully share any works we used to say are for women only. Or to share a church meeting where we find a woman preaching, which was allowed for men only.
